RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for conforming and non-conforming goods. The delivery date is determined by the tracking status marked as "Delivered."
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom products (custom orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g. hair combs, hairbrushes)

RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at elinart373@gmail.com with your order number, recipient’s name, and shipping address. Include a picture of the product you wish to return.
2. Confirmation: Within 3 business days, you will receive an email confirming your return.
3. Shipping: After receiving your return confirmation, securely pack the product and ship it with recorded shipping to the following address:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not Ukraine, shipping your goods may take 2-5 weeks.
4. Refund: After we receive and confirm the item is unworn or unused, we will refund the product cost within 10 business days.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUND TERMS
Refunds for Conforming Products: After we receive the product and confirm it is unworn or unused, we will refund the cost within 10 business days. The date we receive a product is when the tracking status shows "Delivered."
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds for Non-conforming Products: Email us at elinart373@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the package with a picture of the damaged product. You will receive a response within 3 business days confirming the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original item as outlined above, and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
